LAGRANGE, Ga. -- A hotel clerk was held up by an armed man in LaGrange, and the entire robbery was caught on camera. COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- A College Park man is in custody in connection with an attempted liquor store robbery that left one man dead. Shannon Harper, 20, turned himself in to police Monday afternoon.Harper is charged with murder and aggravated assault in the Dec. 4 shooting at the Windy Hill Bottle Shop in Cobb County.
