Gwinnett considers 25 percent hike on bus fares
The Gwinnett Transit Advisory Board is scheduled to hear input from the public on the proposed fare hike during a 7 p.m. Monday meeting at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.
Most riders currently pay $2 each way. That fare could rise to $2.50 if the hike is approved.
Paratransit service, which is used by disabled and elderly riders who are picked up at their homes, would rise to $4.
